Position Overview
We&rsquo;re looking for a dependable team player who&rsquo;s ready to step up to the plate and handle front-office and HR support. This bilingual role (English/Spanish) is perfect for someone who loves keeping the game moving smoothly&mdash;whether it&rsquo;s greeting fans (visitors), helping teammates (employees), or keeping the playbook (records) in order.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Be the leadoff hitter&mdash;the first point of contact for visitors, applicants, and staff.</li><li>
Field calls, emails, and questions, and throw them to the right teammate.</li><li>
Assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork to get rookies game-ready.</li><li>
Keep employee files and records in top shape&mdash;error-free and confidential.</li><li>
Help coordinate the lineup for meetings and schedule practices (appointments).</li><li>
Pitch in on staff events and engagement activities.</li><li>
Act as the team&rsquo;s translator and communicator between English and Spanish.</li><li>
Jump in on other plays as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a bonus.</li><li>
Must be fluent in English and Spanish&mdash;able to switch-hit with ease.</li><li>
Previous office or admin experience is helpful but not required.</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills to keep the clubhouse positive.</li><li>
Reliable, organized, and able to juggle multiple plays at once.</li><li>
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.</li></ul>
