We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, sales, and high ROI for our business.The candidate should be experienced in running data-driven performance campaigns and improving results through continuous testing and optimization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram)</li><li>Optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions</li><li>Manage daily ad budgets and scale profitable campaigns</li><li>Create and test ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting</li><li>Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies</li><li>Track performance using analytics and reporting tools</li><li>Monitor pixels, events, and conversion tracking</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports</li><li>Coordinate with creative and content teams</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
