If yes, this role may be the perfect fit for you.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager and Strategist to join our Digital Marketing Team at Richline Group and lead all social media efforts for our direct to consumer brand, Silpada. This role leads organic and paid social strategy, content planning, UGC integration, influencer partnerships, and community growth across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LTK, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling.What You Will DoStrategic Leadership<ul><li>Own and implement the overarching social media strategy across all channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth</li></ul><ul><li>Develop a cohesive full funnel content strategy that integrates organic content, UGC, influencers, and paid advertising</li></ul><ul><li>Build monthly and quarterly social roadmaps aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor industry trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve</li></ul>Content Direction and Creative Briefing<ul><li>Write clear and compelling creative briefs for the social content team and for paid social ads</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee production of brand content and UGC, including requesting, directing, reviewing, and approving assets</li></ul><ul><li>Lead concept development for campaigns, storytelling hooks, Reels, TikTok series, evergreen UGC, and influencer collaborations</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social platforms</li></ul>Content Execution and Publishing<ul><li>Schedule, publish, and manage all social media posts across channels</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the content calendar is optimized for engagement, reach, and revenue</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure accuracy and alignment across campaigns</li></ul>UGC Strategy and Production<ul><li>Develop and execute the full UGC strategy to support paid ads and organic channels</li></ul><ul><li>Create UGC assets personally when needed</li></ul><ul><li>Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators and negotiate usage rights</li></ul><ul><li>Write UGC contracts and usage right agreements</li></ul><ul><li>Review and approve all UGC submissions for quality and brand fit</li></ul>Influencer Relations and Partnerships<ul><li>Manage influencer programs from outreach and negotiations to onboarding and ongoing communication</li></ul><ul><li>Identify new talent partners and build long term relationships with creators aligned with the brand ethos</li></ul><ul><li>Track influencer performance, conversions, and ROI</li></ul>Paid Social Support<ul><li>Collaborate with the paid media team on creative direction, audience development, and performance insights</li></ul><ul><li>Provide creative briefs, UGC concepts, hooks, and messaging that support paid ad performance</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that paid and organic strategies complement each other</li></ul>Community Management<ul><li>Monitor all social channels and respond to customer questions, comments, and engagement opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a supportive and positive brand community</li></ul><ul><li>Identify customer insights and report emerging themes to the marketing team</li></ul>Data, Analytics, and Reporting<ul><li>Track, analyze, and interpret social media performance metrics including engagement, CTR, CTA performance, ROAS, ACOS, CPA, conversion rate, audience growth, and content level KPIs</li></ul><ul><li>Produce detailed monthly performance reports for the executive team</li></ul><ul><li>Recommend optimizations and new initiatives based on data</li></ul>Cross Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with creative, marketing, merchandising, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to digital strategy meetings and campaign kickoff sessions</li></ul><ul><li>Support brand storytelling and strategic initiatives across email, site, and advertising</li></ul>What You Will Need<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field</li></ul><ul><li>5 to 7 years of experience in social media management for an ecommerce brand or retailer</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices</li></ul><ul><li>Strong experience with social scheduling software such as Later or equivalent</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Pinterest Analytics, and TikTok Analytics</li></ul><ul><li>Deep understanding of KPIs including ROAS, CPA, ACOS, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition metrics</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Strong creative thinking with the ability to ideate and execute visually appealing content and campaigns</li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing influencers, negotiating deliverables, and overseeing creator partnerships</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, problem solve, and thrive in a creative environment</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with video editing and short form content creation is a plus</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>General hours are 9am to 5:30pm with the expectation to monitor social platforms on evenings and weekends when
