 Primarily supporting affordable RPS assets in the greater Tampa Bay region.

 Key Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 Candidates with extensive experience managing multiple affordable/LIHTC properties in Tampa Bay.
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Experience with Yardi (affordable) property management software products
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Proven track record managing new ground-up developments, leading lease-up strategies, and supporting portfolio growth through construction or redevelopment&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or 10+ years of related work experience may be in consideration in lieu of Degree
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, not required
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Oversees property operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Ensures a safe work environment and provides support to Property Managers and Supervisors.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Communicates regularly with the Corporate Office.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Maximizes gross rent and minimizes vacancy and delinquent rent loss.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Controls expenditures and approves purchases.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Conducts market and product analysis.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Suggests competitive prices and assists in developing strategic marketing plans.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Directly supervises all Property Managers in the assigned region.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Conducts supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and laws.&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 4-year Bachelor's degree is preferred (BA/BS) or 10+ years of related industry may be in consideration in lieu of Degree. &nbsp;CPM designation and LIHTC certification preferred
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 :
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Minimum 5+ years property management experience required; minimum 3+ years of Yardi software experience.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Prior experience with tax credit/affordable LIHTC communities&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Multi-site property management and lease-up experience are strongly preferred.&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Certifications:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi)Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and EEO Laws
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Ability to self-manage and prioritize.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Strong skills in hiring, staff development, budgeting, marketing planning, and operations management
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Valid Driver&rsquo;s License required.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience required
 </li>
 
 <li>
 CPM designation and LIHTC certification preferred
 </li>
