Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, team-oriented, full-time Maintenance Technician II with a can-do attitude to join our growing Maintenance Team! 
Position: Maintenance Technician II
Location: Manatee Cove, Melbourne, FL

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Execute and sustain daily repair and upkeep of the property</li><li>
Preparation of vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines</li><li>
Manage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines while warranting responsive, efficient, and courteous customer service</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies</li><li>
Always maintain a safe work environment and report any safety concerns/issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager</li><li>
Uphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service</li><li>
Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development</li><li>
Participate in on-going property preventative maintenance plan</li><li>
Assist in team effort of maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds</li><li>
Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner</li><li>
Communicate adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and parts</li></ul> 
Requirements:<ul><li>
Education:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred</li></ul></li><li>
Experience:<ul><li>
Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper</li><li>
Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.</li><li>
Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws</li><li>
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently</li></ul></li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Skills &amp; Certifications:<ul><li>
EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred</li><li>
Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes</li></ul></li></ul>
