Position: Leasing Associate
Location: Lake Kathy, our 360-unit affordable residential community in Brandon, FL 33510
Here are the key qualifications we are looking for:<ul><li>
1-2 years experience leasing, marketing, advertising within a multi-family residential community, preferably Affordable</li><li>
Experience using Yardi property management software, proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent resident service skills</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish a plus!</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins</li><li>
Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks</li><li>
Create and distribute marketing materials</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong client relationships</li><li>
Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment</li><li>
Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills</li><li>
Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Education:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li></ul></li><li>
Experience:<ul><li>
Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, affordable/LIHTC or mixed</li><li>
Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred</li></ul></li><li>
Skills &amp; Certifications:</li><li>
Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills</li><li>
Strong work ethic and customer focus</li><li>
Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude</li><li>
Attention to detail/follow-up technique</li><li>
Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change</li><li>
Problem-solving skills and reliability</li><li>
Professional demeanor and personable phone voice</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License required</li><li>
Bilingual, English/Spanish may be preferred at some properties</li></ul>
