<div></div><div>Join our growing Maintenance Team as a full-time Maintenance Technician at Richman Property Services (RPS), Inc. in Austin, TX!
This position is eligible for our brand new &quot;Texas Stay Program&quot;, which is designed to financially reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date. 
Position: Maintenance Technician 1
Location: Ivy Heights, our new multi-family residential community located in South Austin, TX 78744.
Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, with on-call weekend rotation, 40 hours per week, weekend rotation.
Key Qualifications:<ul><li>
EPA I &amp; II or EPA Universal. If you do not have your EPA, but posses the right skills and experience, RPS may sponsor (and pay) for your EPA I &amp; II within your first 75-days on the job.</li><li>
Valid Driver's License is required for this position</li><li>
Minimum of 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, new construction experience preferred</li><li>
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property</li><li>
Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines</li><li>
Manage service requests and ensure timely completion</li><li>
Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act</li><li>
Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment</li><li>
Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner</li><li>
Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service</li><li>
Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development</li><li>
Assist in property preventative maintenance plan</li><li>
Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds</li><li>
Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Education:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Experience:<ul><li>
Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper</li><li>
Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.</li><li>
Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws</li><li>
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently</li></ul></li><li>
Skills &amp; Certifications:<ul><li>
EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred</li><li>
Valid Driver's License required</li><li>
Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes</li></ul></li></ul>

Maintenance Technician (New Construction)

<div>Floating Maintenance Technician Needed at Richman Property Services, Inc., 
Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven full-time Floating Maintenance Technician with a can-do attitude to join our growing Richman Signature luxury team. The position will be based out of The Exchange, our 130 unit luxury residential community. The Floating Tech will assist other luxury communities in this portfolio as needed. 
Position: Floating Maintenance Technician 1
Location: The Exchange Apartments, Saint Petersburg, FL (3 days of the week), and other luxury communities in Tampa area.
Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with a one hour lunch break daily. Position requires on-call/weekend rotation 
Preferred Requirements: EPA 608 I &amp; II or EPA Universal certification, experience with luxury communities, high commitment to superior Resident relations, and experience with Yardi property management software.
