Position: Floating Assistant Property Manager
Location: This position will support RPS apartment communities located in the Orlando, Melbourne, and Titusville area. 
Key Qualifications: Primarily looking for Candidates 2+ years&rsquo; experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable, Yardi experience and Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations</li><li>
Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously</li><li>
Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software</li><li>
Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases</li><li>
Conduct unit inspections and move-in/out processes</li><li>
Support leasing activities and resident relations</li><li>
Maintain accurate records and documentation</li></ul> 
Requirements:<ul><li>
Education:<ul><li>
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.</li></ul></li><li>
Experience:<ul><li>
2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; experience with affordable communities and Yardi software preferred.</li></ul></li><li>
Skills &amp; Certifications:<ul><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software, strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>
Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License required</li></ul></li></ul>
