Position: Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:
Richmark Properties is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist with daily maintenance operations, unit turns, pool upkeep, and general property care. 

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with make-ready preparation of vacant units</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain pool cleanliness and equipment functionality</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure grounds and common areas are kept clean and presentable</li></ul>
<ul><li>Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, and all local laws and ordinances</li></ul>
<ul><li>On-call rotation and weekend availability</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of on-site experience as an Assistant Maintenance Technician, Make Ready, or Painter</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must provide own tools for general maintenance and repair work</li></ul>
<ul><li>HVAC / EPA certification preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license or reliable transportation</li></ul>
