Ltd. &ndash; Kolhapur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time | On-siteAbout the Role:We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to manage both accounting and human resource operations of our growing fintech company.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling payroll, and supporting day-to-day HR activities like recruitment and documentation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day report Excel.</li><li>Handle &amp;confirm billing, expense tracking, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation.</li><li>Manage recruitment, attendance, and payroll processing.</li><li>Prepare HR letters (appointment, confirmation, memo, etc.).</li><li>Maintain employee files and ensure HR compliance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in HR or related field.</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;3 years (freshers with accounting or HR knowledge can apply).</li><li>Skills: Tally, Excel, MS Office, communication &amp; organization.</li></ul>Salary: &#8377;12,000 &ndash; &#8377;20,000 per monthWorking Days: Monday&ndash;Saturday (10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM)How to Apply:Send your updated resume to richmeeacc@gmail.com or apply directlyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
