Purpose of Role</i></b><br>
The Regional Trainer will strengthen sales performance and consistency across divisions by delivering training, coaching, and development programs tailored to regional needs. This position ensures new hires, existing sales associates, and future leaders receive consistent, high-quality instruction aligned with company standards while supporting divisional and regional business objectives.</div><p></p><p><b><i><br>
Job Responsibilities:</i></b></p><div><ul><li><b>
New Hire Training &amp; Administration</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Conduct post&ndash;Richmond American Way Week follow-up, including LMS analysis, bi-weekly progress calls, and individual coaching.</li><li>
Support Richmond American Way Training Week by teaching topics and rotating across divisions to engage new hires.</li><li><b>
Regional Calls</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Host regional time zone&ndash;specific calls to maximize engagement.</li><li>
Develop and deploy relevant content, agendas, and follow-up assignments.</li><li>
Capture regional insights to inform future training content.</li><li><b>
Regional Sales Meetings</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Deliver live, interactive, and bi-monthly training sessions in divisions.</li><li>
Incorporate role play, deliverables, and engagement surveys.</li><li><b>
ASCEND Coaching</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Provide consistent in-person and virtual coaching for enrolled associates.</li><li>
Deliver progress feedback to local sales leadership.</li><li>
Create targeted LMS content and expand coaching resource libraries.</li><li><b>
Certified Guide Program</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Enhance Certified Guide training and ensure ongoing growth of guides within the region.</li><li>
Partner with sales leadership to address new hire support and community challenges.</li><li><b>
Sales Performance Support</b></li></ul><ul><li>
Partner with Regional Presidents to meet sales goals.</li><li>
Deliver coaching for underperforming communities, both virtually and in-person.</li></ul></div><p><b>
Business Impact</b></p><ul><li>
Improves onboarding effectiveness and speed to productivity for new sales associates.</li><li>
Strengthens regional sales performance through consistent, high-quality training.</li><li>
Enhances adoption of corporate programs (Richmond American Way, ASCEND, Certified Guide).</li><li>
Provides leadership visibility into associate progress and community performance.</li></ul><div><b><i>
Requirements:</i></b></div><ul><li>
5 years of sales experience, where coaching and developing sales skills was a primary focus.</li><li>
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.
</li><li>Ability to travel as needed</li><li>
Ability to work weekends when needed</li><li>
Up to 50-70% travel will be required on an on-going basis for the first year</li><li>
Successful sales experience required, highly preferable in new homes or real estate</li><li>
Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships</li><li>
Skilled in computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.</li><li>
Experience in systems including JD Edwards Enterprise One and Microsoft Dynamics365 highly preferred.</li><li>
The position will require the candidate to work from our Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Nashville, Reston, or Columbia office locations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i><br>

Base Salary: $100,000- $140,000</li><li>
