 Registered Nurse (RN)
 
 to join our team of difference-makers. Under the clinical supervision of the Director of Nursing, you'll provide hands-on care, serve on Interdisciplinary Treatment Teams (ITTs), and help ensure that every person we support receives the dignity and attention they deserve.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver Direct Care: Perform patient assessments, monitor health status, and respond to clinical needs &mdash; including physical tasks like lifting (up to 20 lbs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer Medications &amp; Treatments: Follow physician orders precisely and document all treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead &amp; Support the Team: Supervise LPNs and direct care staff to uphold high standards of safety and quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in Care Planning: Collaborate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (ITT) meetings to develop personalized care plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document with Precision: Keep clear, timely records, including nursing notes and monthly summaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the Unit: Ensure supplies are stocked, remove environmental hazards, and provide training to fellow nurses on proper procedures.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Need
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Required: Graduate of an accredited Professional School of Nursing
 </li>
 <li>
 Required: Current NY State RN license
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred: 1&ndash;2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
 
 
 </li>
