Job Title: Fit-Out Project EngineerLocation:UAEIndustry:Interior Fit-Out / ConstructionExperience Required:2&ndash;5 Years (Fit-Out Projects)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Project Engineer to manage and execute interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects</li><li>Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers</li><li>Prepare project schedules and ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Supervise installation works (carpentry, gypsum, MEP, flooring, ceilings, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards</li><li>Conduct site inspections and quality control checks</li><li>Prepare progress reports and updates for management</li><li>Handle material submittals, approvals, and procurement coordination</li><li>Attend client and site meetings</li><li>Resolve technical issues on-site efficiently</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of fit-out materials and execution methods</li><li>Experience in commercial/residential projects (offices, villas, retail, etc.)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Project Management</li><li>Site Supervision</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Problem Solving</li><li>Communication &amp; Team Coordination</li><li>Attention to Detail</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: Based on experience</li><li>Visa + Medical Insurance as per UAE law</li><li>Transportation / Allowance (if applicable)</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV to: nijas@rich-mounts.comContact: +971 56 785 8258Job Type: PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Ras Al Khor
