About the role:As the Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you will oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties, lead crews, and serve as the key point of contact for clients. This is a client-facing, hands-on leadership role requiring both horticultural knowledge and strong organizational skillsJob Purpose:The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for generating new maintenance contracts, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to production. This role involves overseeing and coordinating with maintenance crews on daily activities and job execution. The position includes both in-office responsibilities and regular travel to job sites and client locations.Key qualifications:<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (required)</li><li>Industry Certifications (a plus but not required)</li><li>3 Years&rsquo; experience in landscape management or account management</li><li>Proven ability to schedule, route, and supervise landscape maintenance crews efficiently</li><li>Strong understanding of horticultural practices including pruning, mulching, fertilization, turf care, and seasonal planting</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with mobile technology and digital communication</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li></ul>Management Responsibilities:&middot; Schedule and route crews based on job and client requirements<ul><li>Conduct weekly site visits to ensure quality control and client satisfaction</li><li>Train and coach field staff on industry best practices and safety protocols</li><li>Oversee daily operations, including timesheet collection and crew reviews</li><li>Ensure proper equipment use and maintenance</li><li>Maintain professional communication with clients</li><li>Relay client needs and feedback to other team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Base Salary: From $60,000/year</li><li>401 (k)</li><li>Health, Vision, &amp; Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Work Environment:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>In-person</li><li>Must be able to travel between client sites daily as part of job duties</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
