Position Profile
The Warehouse &amp; Office Services Coordinator performs daily shipping, receiving, mail distribution, and office support tasks. This role focuses on accurate and timely execution of duties, strong customer service, and maintaining operational standards under the direction of the Lead or Manager.
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul><li>Receive, scan, and process inbound packages using SCLogic .
</li><li>Deliver packages to 20&ndash;25 mailstops daily.
</li><li>Pick up and prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
</li><li>Sort and distribute inbound/outbound USPS and interoffice mail.
</li><li>Notify Lead of issues affecting deliveries or customer satisfaction.
</li><li>Assist customers with shipping questions as directed.
</li><li>Provide friendly, helpful support during package drop‑off, pickup, or general inquiries.
</li><li>Prepare international shipments following established instructions.
</li><li>Assist with declarations, commercial documents, and waybills.
</li><li>Handle hazardous materials only under Lead direction and after proper certification.
</li><li>Restock office and warehouse supplies, DMVI vending machines, and monitor paper/toner levels.
</li><li>Perform weekly MFD (multifunction device) cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
</li><li>Follow established workflows and all safety procedures.
</li></ul>Qualifications (Education, Experience &amp; Certifications)
<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in warehouse, mailroom, office services, or similar field.
</li><li>Basic understanding of shipping processes (FedEx, UPS, DHL preferred).
</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform regular physical tasks.
</li><li>High attention to detail, dependability, and strong follow‑through.
</li><li>Customer‑service orientation and willingness to learn new systems.
</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities
<ul><li>Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or logistics.
</li><li>Familiarity with domestic and international shipping practices.
</li><li>Ability to lift and maneuver heavy packages safely.

</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with high accuracy.
</li><li>HazMat CFR‑49 certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Provide strategic account leadership for 3-6 designated Global Large Commercial Print Accounts to achieve profitable growth for Ricoh and our customers. 
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Responsible for winning, growing, and maintaining total business globally to achieve both customer and Ricoh Family Group objectives.
</li><li>Achieve financial targets in line with defined priority areas such as global revenue, profitability and new business wins
</li><li>Own senior customer relationships and be accountable to senior internal Ricoh stakeholders for account performance

</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Typically Required:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent required
</li><li>10&amp;#43; years Graphic Arts Production Printing experience
</li><li>5&amp;#43; Global Account Management experience
</li><li>5&amp;#43; years consultative selling experience
</li>Traveled and/or lived in other countries and an appreciation of different cultures

POSITION PROFILE
Supports color production digital products and associated connected environment, both hardware and software. Depending upon size of region color production installed base, may have additional responsibility for providing High Volume (Segment 6) or Printing Systems technical support. Specializes in providing Region level hardware and software support for color production products. May provide same support for other Image Systems products as well.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Provides remote and on-site technical direction and diagnostic assistance to service technicians in resolving complex or unusual hardware or software failures or problems
</li><li>Assignments are typically &quot;escalated&quot; in nature and non-routine
</li><li>Serves as the Level 1 link in the problem escalation &amp; resolution process
</li><li>Serves as the Regional/National communication link for disseminating critical technical information
</li></ul>Provides Regional/National level specialist support 7 by 24, 365 days per year
<ul><li>Serves as the Regional/National Level 1 support link for all production CF related technical issues. Delivers support both in person and by phone

</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Typically requires:
<ul><li>Technical and quantitative skills typically gained through completion of formal training and 4&amp;#43; years of related experience including a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Image Systems Technician
</li><li>Requires Basic Connectivity (IBC) certification and other product-related competencies. Must be currently servicing color products at least 50% of time
</li><li>Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per company policy for positions entailing extensive use of personal car while on company business
</li><li>Maintains productive, professional relationship with all company personnel
</li><li>Always serves as a role model, exhibits professional appearance, and behavior under the most difficult situations
</li><li>Speaking Canadian French and/or Spanish is preferred.

<ul><li>Requires knowledge of computer operating systems: network design, implementation, and servicing; and familiarity with a wide range of software applications

</li><li>Requires ongoing internal contact via telephone, written and in-person with technical and other professionals to provide technical training and solutions on computer connected/digitized output systems
</li><li>Requires frequent external contact with decision-makers and IT coordinators
</li><li>Verbal contact is required with customers via telephone and in person to diagnose and isolate software and hardware problems associated with computer connected/digitized output devices
</li><li>The customer relations' aspects of the job tend to be more diversified and may require assistance from Systems Engineer or IT personnel at the customer location. It will also be necessary for the technician to determine whether the service call can be completed over the phone or will require an on-site visit when dealing with &quot;soft&quot; related calls
</li><li>Utilizes diagnostic software to troubleshoot and isolate systems failures to expedite systems recovery. Troubleshoots software, hardware, and connectivity-related issues. Judgment is also used in determining routine servicing and parts to be replaced
</li><li>Work has periodic stress related to the resolution of customer problems during system down time
</li><li>Physical effort is required to move objects on wheels that may weigh up to 400 pounds. Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting when installing equipment, i.e., computers, controllers, color laser copiers, projectors, etc. Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling are required to service equipment at floor level
</li><li>Occasionally, lifts and moves office furniture and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds to set up and maintain demonstration room and equipment
</li><li>Requires a high level of proficiency and hands-on knowledge of peripherals and digitized output devices from a hardware standpoint. Requires a regular use of a variety of hand tools. These tools will include but are not limited to screwdriver, pliers, wrenches, and computers
