Summary
The Web Content Governance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enforcing digital content governance across Ricoh&rsquo;s public-facing web platforms. This role ensures content is structured, compliant, discoverable, and optimized for scalable experience delivery. A core function of this role is managing product data imports for launches, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with governance standards. The analyst collaborates across teams to embed governance into workflows, manage metadata and taxonomy frameworks, and support personalization and semantic search through entity and knowledge graph stewardship.
Responsibilities
Governance Strategy &amp; Oversight
<ul><li>Establish and enforce content governance standards to ensure consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across all digital channels.
</li><li>Serve as the primary point of accountability for content quality, compliance, and lifecycle integrity.
</li><li>Lead cross-functional enablement by embedding governance checkpoints into product launches, business as usual workflows, and campaign planning.
</li></ul>Product Data Importing &amp; Launch Support
<ul><li>Own the product data import process for new launches, ensuring structured content, metadata, and assets are accurately modeled and integrated via Salsify.
</li><li>Collaborate with merchandising, product, and platform teams to validate data quality and readiness for go-live.
</li><li>Maintain documentation and workflows for product onboarding, updates, and lifecycle transitions.
</li></ul>Structured Content, Taxonomy &amp; Metadata Management
<ul><li>Develop and maintain structured content models, taxonomy frameworks, and metadata standards to support scalable content delivery and discoverability.
</li><li>Govern personalization strategies and semantic tagging to enable dynamic, user-centric experiences.
</li><li>Collaborate with search optimization (SEO/GEO), design, and product teams to align taxonomy with user journeys and business goals.
</li></ul>Knowledge &amp; Entity Graph Stewardship
<ul><li>Define and manage entity relationships and tagging strategies to support semantic search, personalization, and AI-driven content delivery.
</li><li>Partner with platform and data teams to integrate entity graph logic into Content Management System (CMS) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
</li></ul>QA, Compliance &amp; Documentation
<ul><li>Design and execute QA protocols for templates, modules, and page-level content to ensure accessibility, legal compliance, and brand consistency.
</li><li>Conduct periodic audits and remediation efforts to maintain governance integrity.
</li><li>Develop and maintain governance documentation including lifecycle policies, editorial guidelines, and structured content protocols.
</li></ul>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Monitor page health, content performance, and governance adherence using analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
</li><li>Deliver actionable insights through governance reports to inform continuous improvement and strategic planning.
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in digital content governance, structured content, or web operations.
</li><li>Deep understanding of metadata, taxonomy, entity modeling, and semantic content frameworks.
</li><li>Experience with CMS platforms (Contentful), PIM systems (Salsify), and entity graph tools.
</li><li>Proficiency in advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions (SQL a plus)
</li><li>Experience in visualizing and documenting intricate content and data workflows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
</li><li>Familiarity with accessibility standards, search optimization (SEO/GEO) best practices, and compliance protocols.
</li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Legal Environment Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Understand client matter workflow, including charge backs to firm and/or clients for work, supplies, and hours.
</li><li>Familiarity with legal technologies and software (e.g., document management systems, cost recovery, and charge back systems like Copitrak/Equitrac).
</li><li>Knowledge of legal records management processes and legal documents (e.g., closing binders, depositions, transcripts, briefs, addendums, filings, discovery, judgments).
</li><li>Knowledge of court systems and proper delivery of items and documents within the court system.
</li><li>Assist with scheduling needed equipment, labor, and supplies for offsite trials.
</li></ul>General Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Operate high-volume 2D or 3D print and copy machines, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency.
</li><li>Provide essential equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical issues promptly for resolution.

</li><li>Maintain meticulous records, manage inventory, and calculate charges for services rendered.

</li><li>Perform FTP (File Transfer Protocol) for printing and manage Table of Contents for electronic files.
</li><li>Perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tasks and file formatting for printing in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
</li><li>Conduct daily quality checks on convenience copiers and respond to errors or troubleshooting copy machines.
</li><li>Maintain daily meter and service logs, stock and organize convenience copier areas, and manage firm conference and meeting rooms.
</li><li>Assist facilities with box moves, office moves, occupant moves, and light maintenance duties.
</li><li>Perform occasional cleaning duties and may require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency responses.
</li></ul>Qualifications Must Have:
