Want to take full ownership of a ride-hailing app trusted by thousands and built for scale?We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of our mobile-first dispatch and real-time mobility platform.You&rsquo;ll own everything from frontend app performance to backend systems powering dynamic fare logic, driver-rider matching, and cloud infrastructure.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing <ul><li>Build and optimize a high-performance React Native app</li><li>Integrate native modules in Swift/Kotlin when needed</li><li>Own the Node.js backend, using PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS</li><li>Implement geolocation logic, route matching, and Firebase integrations</li><li>Collaborate closely with ops and design to drive rapid releases</li><li>Ensure reliability, performance, and data security across systems</li></ul>Mobile App development<ul><li>Develop and maintain cross-platform apps using React Native (essential).</li><li>Experience with native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) for occasional native integrations.</li><li>Implement real-time map visualisation and GPS tracking (Google Maps SDK, Mapbox, etc.).</li><li>Integrate Firebase services (push notifications, analytics, messaging).</li></ul>Backend &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>Maintain and scale backend services in Node.js, designed around microservices or monolithic APIs as needed.</li><li>Deep experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for scalable and low-latency systems.</li><li>Integrate geolocation APIs and build efficient trip-matching/fare-estimation logic.</li><li>Ensure security protocols like OAuth2, JWT, and TLS encryption are correctly implemented.</li></ul>Cloud &amp; DevOps<ul><li>Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on AWS.</li><li>Handle load balancing using Nginx or AWS tools (ALB).</li><li>Secure asset management via Amazon S3 and Cloudflare.</li><li>Implement fraud prevention and anomaly detection logic.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A go-getter who doesn&rsquo;t wait for tickets, you find and fix issues before they grow</li><li>You thrive without supervision and take full ownership &amp; pride in your work</li><li>You care deeply about code quality, speed, and user experience</li><li>You think like a startup founder i.e. fast, bold, and always improving</li><li>5+ years of experience in full-stack development</li><li>Strong command of React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS</li><li>Must have hands-on experience with:</li><li>React Native (mandatory)</li><li>Node.js</li><li>PostgreSQL and Redis</li><li>AWS cloud services</li><li>Solid understanding of geolocation-based real-time apps.</li><li>Familiarity with native app development (Kotlin or Swift) is a strong advantage.</li><li>Hands-on with mobile SDKs, APIs, notifications, analytics</li><li>Previous work on a mobility, logistics, or delivery platform is a big plus</li><li>On-site presence in Islamabad (no remote/hybrid)</li></ul>Why Join us?<ul><li>No red tape.
