Ridg-U-Rak is currently seeking MIG Welders for 2nd Shift at our North East, PA Manufacturing facilities. Ridg-U-Rak is one of the largest pallet rack and storage rack manufacturers in North America.<ul><li>These positions pay a competitive starting base pay plus piece work pay</li><li>Excellent Benefits Package!</li></ul>Job Requirements and Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be able to MIG weld.</li><li>Performs MIG Welding on storage rack frames and beams.</li><li>Must have the ability to apply welding techniques and operate welding equipment.</li><li>Able to read weld symbols, blueprints and perform set-ups.</li><li>Must be familiar with measuring instruments.</li><li>Ability to read and understand written instructions in order to maintain quality production standards.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.</li><li>Responsible for assuring all safety equipment is in place and being properly used.</li><li>Dependable and punctual.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High School or Equivalent</li><li>Welding Certificate or Equivalent</li></ul>Work Location:<ul><li>North East, PA</li></ul>Shifts:4-10s -2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00amor Monday -Friday 3pm-11pmJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>MIG welding: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>North East, PA 16428 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
