<ul><li>Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents, including:</li><li>Sale deeds</li><li>Agreement to sell</li><li>Lease/rent agreements</li><li>Power of Attorney</li><li>Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)</li><li>Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)</li><li>Title reports</li><li>Ensure timely and legally compliant preparation of project documentation.</li><li>Conduct legal due diligence of properties and coordinate with external legal advisors when needed.</li><li>Maintain records of legal documentation and ensure safekeeping and confidentiality.</li><li>Liaise with registration authorities, government bodies, and regulatory agencies for legal formalities and approvals.</li><li>Support litigation processes by preparing necessary legal drafts and coordinating with external counsels.</li><li>Stay up to date with property laws, RERA regulations, and other applicable legislation.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (sales, CRM, projects) for contract management and risk mitigation.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master&rsquo;s Degree (LLM) is an advantage.</li><li>1.5 years of experience in legal drafting in the real estate sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of property laws, contract law, RERA, and related legal frameworks.</li><li>Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
