Job Description 
Do you have a passion for Instructional design?
Ridgeline International is seeking an Instructional Designer to support our online and in-person design and delivery modalities. In this role, you will create, design, develop, instructional materials, learning resources and content. The successful candidate will have a combination of education and work experience in instructional design/learning experience design for technical and complex topics.
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Design, develop, implement and evaluate enterprise-wide learning solutions in support of Ridgeline&rsquo;s business objectives.</li><li>
Partner with SMEs and key stakeholders to develop learning paths and curriculum that reflects sound instructional design based on adult learning principles and best practices.</li><li>
Demonstrate experience in instructional design systems, learning technologies and adult learning best practices.</li><li>
Maintain progressive knowledge of the trends in learning experience design, learning methodologies and learning technology solutions.</li><li>
Work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals</li><li>
Use human-centered design approach to solving instructional design challenges</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll accomplish in the first six months:<ul><li>
Develop, design, and implement innovative in-person learning experiences</li><li>
Develop and design materials such as lesson plans/instructor guides, learning objectives and assessment tools.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Must-haves:<ul><li>
Active Secret Clearance</li><li>
4+ years of experience in instructional design</li><li>
Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, curriculum and instruction, or educational technology; relevant experience will also be considered in place of a degree.</li><li>
Strong written and oral communication skills to facilitate discussion and collaboration among various stakeholders</li><li>
Experience designing engaging learning activities and course material for adult learners</li><li>
High proficiency with Adobe tool suite (Photoshop, Premiere) or similar tools and screen casting</li><li>
Ability to incorporate multimedia where appropriate</li></ul>
Nice-to-haves:<ul><li>
Graphic Design and LMS administration</li><li>
Experience building and maintaining Confluence pages</li><li>
Experience with delivery of content to 100+ adult students</li><li>
Portfolio of Past performance</li></ul>
