The ideal candidate for this role will have the following credentials.Primary responsibilities:&middot; Customer purchase order processing to include data entry of purchase orders into an ERP system (QAD).&middot; Review customer purchase orders to insure proper pricing and accuracy of the orders.&middot; Manage part end of production and obsolete status.&middot; Verify awarded quotes to customer purchase orders.&middot; Manage quotes for service products.&middot; Send RFQ to suppliers and tool shops.&middot; Audit master files for compliance and data integrity.&middot; Provide back up support for other team members.&middot; Provide occasional support of Reception Desk.&middot; Insure tooling and retro PO pricing is accomplished.Qualifications:&middot; Some College preferred, but High School Diploma acceptable with appropriate experience&middot; Requires good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, with emphasis in Excel, Word and Power Point&middot; Work experience as a Sales Administrator or other relevant role in an office environment would be beneficial.&middot; Requires detail-oriented individual with good reading and math skills&middot; Requires superior organization, planning, and follow up skills&middot; Experience with ERP systems (QAD) a plus&middot; Excellent Email and verbal communication skills&middot; Analytical thinking, can identify patterns and issues in order to solve complex problems&middot; Strong team working skillsWhy do you want to join Ridgeview Industries?It will begin during a visit when you feel the passion of the people and culture that permeates from every contact you make.
