Hours for this job are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 5 pm and a Saturday rotation from 7:30 am until noon
Starting wage range is typically $20-25/hr and varies by experience level
As a Parts Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operation of our service and parts departments. You will be the go-to person ensuring that parts are efficiently handled, processed, and delivered to meet the demands of our customers and technicians. Your responsibilities will cover a range of tasks aimed at maintaining an organized and effective parts warehouse, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Serve as a liaison between the parts and service departments to ensure excellent customer experience.</li><li>
Efficiently process parts shipments, including customer orders, stock orders, machine down, and surplus returns.</li><li>
Post freight to work orders or counter tickets for parts orders and transfers.</li><li>
Pull parts for technician service jobs and ensure timely delivery of correct parts.</li><li>
Perform cycle counting and verify inventory, reporting discrepancies and damaged products.</li><li>
Communicate with customers for parts pick-up and delivery.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, showroom, and displays.</li><li>
Assemble serial number products sold by the parts department.</li><li>
Assist with merchandising and re-stocking showroom inventory.</li><li>
Unload freight trucks.</li><li>
Shares in the responsibility of after-hours calls with other parts department staff.</li><li>
Refers leads on other sales opportunities to R&amp;S staff as appropriate.</li><li>
Maintains a clean, neat and safe parts area, observing safety guidelines at all times.</li></ul><ul><li>
Knowledge of farm equipment preferred not required.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, and the general public as well.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly.</li><li>
Ability to use a computer and current software programs required.</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and insurable driving history</li></ul></div>
