Position responsibilities include answering telephones and interaction with clients, project input, scanning of files and large maps, filing, billing, etc. Applicant must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Applicant must have a valid NJ driver&rsquo;s license for short deliveries, banking, post office, etc. The applicant needs to have good communication skills and speak fluent English. The ability to speak and read Spanish would be beneficial; but it is not a mandatory condition of employment.
