<div>Description:

The Power Systems Coordinator will lead the administrative effort for the Engine Division by overseeing the daily activity of the department. This candidate coordinates, monitors, and improves the department by providing support and guidance to internal and external customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>
Prepare and submit new engine orders to Caterpillar and selected vendors</li><li>
Complete dealer searches and trades for new engine requirements</li><li>
Manage the department&rsquo;s inventory (receiving, tracking, storage, etc.)</li><li>
Prepare and monitor new engine configurations for accuracy and application</li><li>
Assist partners with technical requirements and other pertinent information (including rental department, outside vendors, customers, etc.)</li><li>
Monitor usage and hours of EPG rental units</li><li>
Retrieve and review DODGE reports and forward leads to appropriate team member</li><li>
Monitor and advise on aged and slow moving inventory</li><li>
Build relationships with all internal customers and promote teamwork and a Riggs Win attitude</li><li>
Schedules Customer Service</li><li>
Research service and technical information to better inform our technicians to expedite repairs</li><li>
Coordinates the delivery and return of parts, tools, and information to field personnel</li><li>
In charge of Work Order Management for Power</li><li>
Ensures departments stays up to date on all permits, projects, inventory, and inventory usage</li></ul>
Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED<ul><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li><li>
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.</li><li>
Knowledge of MS Office Suite software (Basic to Intermediate skill level)</li><li>
Ability to multi-task</li><li>
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of BMTS and DBS</li></ul>

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet unless performing inventory maintenance duties on equipment yard which could result in moderate noise level.
