</div><p>RighIT Solutions LLC is seeking a dynamic and hands-on <b>Team Lead &ndash; Recruitment</b> who can lead by example. Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Team Leadership &amp; Management</b></h3><br>
<ul><li><p>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure overall team productivity.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Provide training on sourcing, screening, requirement understanding, and submission quality.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Monitor job pipeline, assign roles to recruiters, and ensure optimal workload distribution.</p></li><br>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Recruitment Delivery</b></h3><br>
<ul><li><p>Drive end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles across W2, C2C, and 1099 models.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Work on direct client and MSP/VMS requirements with quick turnaround.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Validate candidate profiles, negotiate rates, and ensure recruiter submissions meet quality standards.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Follow up with clients/account managers on interviews, feedback, and closures.</p></li><br>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Process &amp; Compliance</b></h3><br>
<ul><li><p>Ensure recruiters follow submission protocols, documentation standards, and ATS/CRM processes.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Maintain trackers for submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Resolve escalations related to candidate quality, availability, or documentation.</p></li><br>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Collaboration</b></h3><br>
<ul><li><p>Work closely with Account Managers and Leadership to prioritize urgent roles.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Participate in daily huddles, delivery calls, and performance update meetings.</p></li><br>
<li><p>Coordinate with HR for hiring additional recruiters as per business needs.</p></li><br>
