Base Pay: $16.75&ndash;$18.25/hour (based on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA)</li><li>
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour</li><li>
Raises after 60 days + annual reviews</li><li>

What You'll Do</h3>
As a Caregiver, you'll provide oneonone support that truly matters:<ul><li>
Companionship and emotional support</li><li>
Assistance with personal hygiene</li><li>
Meal preparation</li><li>
Light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment</li><li>
Transportation to appointments or outings</li><li>
Medication reminders</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>
Must be 18 or older</li><li>
Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)</li><li>
Background in dementia and behavioral care (preferred)</li><li>
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation</li><li>
Ability to pass a background check</li><li>
Authorization to work in the U.S.</li></ul>
