The Property Manager position is a developmental position with the opportunity for advancement.Right Move Storage has an opening in our Orange, Port Arthur, and Beaumont Region.Position for a reliable, personable, motivated and self-sufficient individual that can assist in running several local offices.Responsibilities include leasing units, collecting, property maintenance, customer service and nominal accounting and reporting. Requirements are strong computer skills and ability to handle customers efficiently. Enjoy what they doThis person will be responsible for the following:Cleaning &amp; Rental of storage unitsProperty MaintenanceAbility to manage the Accounts Receivable/collections processDeliver excellent customer service to current tenants as well as potential customersKeeping property very well-maintainedQualifications we are looking for:Experiences in sales, retail, and/or customer service Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to sell to new leads Ability to perform maintenance and clean-up workMust be able to lift 50 poundsHigh school diploma requiredClean employment background and clean driving recordMUST have reliable transportationAbility to work any day of the week from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
