About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team. You will work directly with the HR &amp; Leadership team on recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and documentation of new hires.</li><li>Support HR operations: maintaining employee records, attendance, and leaves.</li><li>Help in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Assist in performance tracking and feedback collection.</li><li>Work closely with leadership on special HR projects.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.</li><li>Eager to learn HR systems, processes, and compliance.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
