What are the responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Specialist Role at Rijk Zwaan USA?</b></p><p>
Join our collaborative marketing team to drive integrated campaigns and communications for Rijk Zwaan North America (USA and Canada). You&rsquo;ll partner with our International Marketing Team, focusing on campaign management, data-driven strategies, and engagement across both greenhouse and open field sectors.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><div><ul><li><b>
Campaign Management:</b></li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other automation tools.</li><li>
Manage content calendars, email campaigns, and targeted customer communications.</li><li>
Develop data-driven campaigns, analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.</li></ul></li></ul><div><ul><li><b>
Communication &amp; Content:</b></li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Lead written communications for internal and external audiences (press releases, newsletters, corporate updates).</li><li>
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.</li><li>
Adapt and translate content from global teams.</li></ul></li></ul><div><ul><li><b>
Data Analytics:</b></li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Own marketing analytics, website performance, and campaign ROI measurement.</li><li>
Report on campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and budget efficiency.</li></ul></li></ul><div><ul><li><b>
Social Media &amp; Digital Platforms:</b></li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Develop and manage social media strategies for greenhouse and open field sectors.</li><li>
Oversee posting schedules, community engagement, and audience growth.</li><li>
Support global campaigns, tracking analytics.</li></ul></li></ul><div><ul><li><b>
Events &amp; Market Development:</b></li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and company events.</li><li>
Drive attendee engagement and post-event follow-up.</li></ul></li></ul><div><ul><li><b>
Website &amp; SEO:</b></li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Lead website analytics, user experience optimization, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy.</li><li>
Implement user experience improvements.</li></ul></li></ul><div><ul><li><b>
Budget &amp; Financial Analysis:</b></li></ul></div><ul><li><ul><li>
Develop and monitor annual marketing budgets.</li><li>
Analyse campaign spending and provide actionable recommendations.</li><li>
Negotiate contracts with agencies and vendors.</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>

We are looking for a Marketing team member who is passionate about marketing communications. With strong initiative, you approach projects proactively in an organized way and with great enthusiasm. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude is also important in this role. To be approachable, reliable, accountable to deadlines, and follow through consistently to feel completely at home in our corporate culture.<br>

 In addition, we will look for the following on your resume:</p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, campaign management, or communications.</li><li>
Experience in agriculture and/or data-driven marketing preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CMS platforms (i.e., Contentful, Agora E-Commerce).</li><li>
Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational, project management, and leadership abilities.</li><li>
Cultural sensitivity for international collaboration.</li></ul><p><b>

Salary Range</b>: $78k - $85k</p><p>
Rijk Zwaan USA starting base salary ranges are determined by location, role, and level and reflect a minimum and maximum target for new hires for this position across all of our US locations. Within the base salary range, an employee&rsquo;s pay is determined by work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
