We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager (Cold Room Door) to spearhead the growth of our projects across the GCC and MENA regions. This role requires a professional with a deep technical understanding of the refrigeration lifecycle, from design and supply to installation and after-sales support. The succesful candidate will be instrumental in securing major projects, managing a high-performing sales team, and positioning RIME as the partner of choice for all cold chain requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development:<ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets for the Cold Room Door product lines.</li><li>Identify, target, and secure major B2B projects (e.g., food processing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, retail distribution centers).</li><li>Lead the entire sales cycle, including pre-qualification, product presentation, technical proposal submission, price negotiation, and contract finalization.</li><li>Actively manage and grow key accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, end-users, and developers.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Market Expertise:<ul><li>Provide technical consultation to clients and internal teams on the most suitable solutions.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the GCC/MENA region to identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product solutions align with customer specifications and regional performance standards.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Management:<ul><li>Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of junior sales engineers and business development executives to ensure high-performance and professional development.</li><li>Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews to senior management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 8+ years of proven sales experience..</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrable success in securing large-scale projects in the GCC/MENA region.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Proven ability to work independently, manage a high-volume pipeline, and travel as required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
