</p></li><li><p>Participate in design-build meetings to coordinate mechanical systems with other disciplines.

</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of mechanical design experience in HVAC; plumbing design experience is highly desirable.
</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and energy codes.
</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across design and construction teams.
