The ideal candidate will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are consistently met. <div>Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals

</li><li>Coordinate all phases of construction including estimating, scheduling, procurement, and closeout

</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners

</li><li>Lead project meetings and oversee documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders

</li><li>Manage budgets, cost tracking, and billing to ensure financial accuracy and accountability

</li><li>Support superintendents and field staff in maintaining jobsite safety and quality

</li><li>Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays

</li><li>Communicate regularly with owners and leadership to report on progress and issues

</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial projects

</li><li>Experience in K-12, university, healthcare, or tenant improvement construction required

</li><li>Strong understanding of estimating, contracts, scheduling, and document control

</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software such as Procore or similar tools preferred
