</b></h2><ul><li>Perform non-destructive testing inspections using approved methods, including Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Visual Testing (VT), and other applicable inspection methods based on certification level.
</li><li>Conduct inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process to verify compliance with customer specifications and engineering requirements.
</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and inspection procedures.
</li><li>Identify, document, and report discontinuities, defects, and non-conforming conditions.
</li><li>Accurately complete inspection reports, certifications, and quality documentation.
</li><li>Ensure all inspection activities comply with ASNT, ASTM, AMS, customer, and internal quality standards.
</li><li>Verify calibration and proper operation of NDT equipment before use.
</li><li>Maintain inspection equipment, reference standards, and testing materials.
</li><li>Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams to resolve quality concerns.
</li><li>Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to product quality.
</li><li>Assist with internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections as needed.
</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, quality policies, and manufacturing standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and process improvement.

</b></h2><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.
</li><li>ASNT Level II certification (or equivalent employer certification) in one or more NDT methods such as MT, PT, UT, or VT.
</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience performing NDT inspections in a manufacturing, forging, machining, aerospace, or metal fabrication environment.
</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and inspection procedures.
</li><li>Strong understanding of GD&amp;T, dimensional inspection, and manufacturing processes.
</li><li>Experience documenting inspection results and maintaining quality records.
</li><li>Knowledge of applicable aerospace and manufacturing quality standards.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate inspection results.
</li><li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

</b></h2><ul><li>Multiple ASNT Level II certifications (MT, PT, UT, VT, or RT).

</li><li>Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
</li><li>Familiarity with NADCAP, AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific quality requirements.
</li><li>Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators.
</li><li>Ability to work any shift, overtime, weekends, or holidays as production demands require.

NDT Inspector

This role serves as the on-site leader, managing subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality control, and project execution from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover.
</p><p>Projects may include hyperscale data centers, colocation facilities, mission critical campuses, advanced manufacturing facilities, and technology infrastructure projects, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex construction activities under aggressive schedules. The ideal candidate has experience leading large mission critical projects and is comfortable traveling extensively to support project needs.

</b></h3><ul><li>Lead all day-to-day field operations on mission critical and data center construction projects.
</li><li>Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity goals.
</li><li>Develop and maintain short-term and long-range look-ahead schedules.
</li><li>Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, manpower planning, and trade sequencing.
</li><li>Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
</li><li>Lead daily subcontractor meetings, coordination meetings, and project progress reviews.
</li><li>Partner with Project Managers and project leadership to monitor budgets, schedules, and project milestones.
</li><li>Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and turnover requirements.
</li><li>Oversee installation and coordination of critical power, electrical, mechanical, cooling, and life-safety systems.
</li><li>Identify and resolve constructability, coordination, and scheduling challenges.
</li><li>Monitor field productivity and implement corrective actions when necessary.
</li><li>Manage punch list completion, startup activities, integrated systems testing, and project closeout.
</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to OSHA requirements and mission critical safety standards.
</li><li>Maintain daily reports, project logs, and field documentation.
</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, inspectors, and project stakeholders.

</b></h3><ul><li>8&ndash;15+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years serving as a Superintendent on large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects.
</li><li>Strong experience building data centers, mission critical facilities, advanced manufacturing facilities, semiconductor facilities, or other highly technical infrastructure projects.
</li><li>Proven experience managing projects valued at $50M+ with preference for projects exceeding $100M+.
</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, HVAC infrastructure, chilled water systems, fire protection systems, and commissioning processes.
</li><li>Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing large field teams.
</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and commissioning documentation.
</li><li>Strong understanding of mission critical startup, testing, and turnover procedures.
</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Ability to manage fast-paced projects with aggressive schedules and demanding clients.
</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
