We are seeking an experience with Inventory control &amp; Procurement Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.Job Description:Position Overview: The Inventory &amp; Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our warehouse &amp; procurement processes, ensuring we maintain adequate stock levels, and continually improving our supply chain systems. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in manufacturing, preferably within the blinds and curtains industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of logistics, local market products, and experience dealing with Chinese suppliers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Stock Management: Develop and implement systems to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing overstocking or stockouts.</li><li>Inventory Control: Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock situations. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock records.</li><li>Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and products.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify the quality of received goods, coordinating with suppliers on any discrepancies or defects.</li><li>Supplier Relations: Actively search for new suppliers and build strong relationships to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.</li><li>Cost Optimization: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
