A successful candidate for the Technical Publications and Business Development Manager position will:</i></b></div><div><ul><li>
Have at least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 of those in a management or supervisory role.</li><li>
Become the working manager of the Business Development Operations center, leading teams on the generation of Federal Government market surveys, white papers, and proposals from bid decision through award.</li><li>
Excel at performing production edits and proofreading (including self-editing); be receptive to constructive feedback on writing, editing, and a variety of technical topics; and have impeccable attention to detail.</li><li>
Integrate into various teams to collaborate on software and engineering development projects to produce and maintain full suites of documentation products, including user guides, quick-start guides, training materials, hardware supplements, software and maintenance manuals, and test plan and procedure documentation.</li><li>
Work on technical briefings, technical reports, manuals, and marketing materials for high-performance electronic hardware.</li><li>
Operate in an interrupt-driven environment, manage concurrent tasks, wear many hats, and perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining calendars and tracking sheets.</li><li>
Supervise, direct, train, mentor, and evaluate team employees.</li></ul></div><div></div><p><b><i><br>

Where is the position located?</i></b></div><p>
This position can be located in our Centennial, CO; Chantilly, VA or Tucson, AZ Headquarters. This role requires onsite attendance without any remote work.</p><ul><li><b><i>The likely salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. What are the primary responsibilities in the Jr. DSP/Communications Engineer position?</b></p><p><br>
Core responsibilities include designing and implementing digital signal processing systems for communication signals, radar signals, and other applications. This includes developing, deploying, maintaining, and testing software-based solutions. System development can include algorithm design, data analysis, hardware control, computational optimization, RF system modeling, field testing, error budget analysis, operational performance analysis, writing efficient software, testing with real data, and providing applications to front-line customer facilities. A key responsibility is staying up-to-date with the signal processing technologies, tools, and methodologies and experimenting with new technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into RRC projects. RRC personnel can expect to work across all functional areas: systems engineering, development, integration and test, deployment and O&amp;M, and experience the direct mission feedback from the customer and seeing your project provide real-world contributions that make a significant difference. You're encouraged and expected to propose things that you believe will improve the applications and frameworks you're working in. The ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction and the ability to self-start is a must.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
What required background will make you successful?</b></p><div><br>

Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or other equivalent field</li><li>
Strong background in DSP, including knowledge of DSP theory as well as practical system development experience</li><li>
