 Description
 
 
 
 As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that maximize impact across Amazon&rsquo;s paid media investments and O&amp;O placements. You will work closely with internal teams, including Product, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Creative, to align marketing initiatives with growth objectives. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical rigor to scale customer acquisition efficiently.
 
 
 Key job responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and own Paid Media strategy (including Paid ads, influencers, paid search and organic social) to drive efficient customer acquisition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Owned &amp; Operated channels (onsite placements and CRM)
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, continuously improving key marketing KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Business Intelligence to define and track success metrics, reporting on campaign performance with a test-and-learn approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work cross-functionally with Product and Tech teams to align marketing efforts with new feature launches and customer experience enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new channel opportunities to diversify and scale marketing efforts beyond existing investments.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, influencers
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, and marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with Amazon&rsquo;s O&amp;O channels (e.g. house ads, PMP, ILM, Gateway Hero).
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in e-commerce or subscription-based services (both in B2B and B2C
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in paid media campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for emerging marketing technologies and customer behavior trends.

 Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
