Familiarity with the bundling process and how to configure webpack/rollup from scratch</div></li><li><div>

A Container Operations Engineer, you will be part of a skilled global team responsible for deploying, supporting, and maintaining RingCentral&rsquo;s containerization platforms. Your work will directly impact the stability, scalability, and reliability of the systems powering mission-critical services.</div><div></div><div>
Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Deploy, support, and maintain the company&rsquo;s Kubernetes clusters (on-premises and AWS EKS)</div></li><li><div>
Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues</div></li><li><div>
Participate in an on-call rotation covering services in India and U.S. regions</div></li><li><div>
Drive continuous improvements in platform stability, performance, and automation</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
8+ years of experience with Linux systems administration</div></li><li><div>
Understanding of networking fundamentals</div></li><li><div>
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, and scripting(Python or similar)</div></li><li><div>
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration principles</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with 24/7 production support environments, change management, and operational best practices</div></li><li><div>
Experience with AWS cloud platforms is a plus</div></li><li><div>
