If Yes, How You Will Contribute to the Team:

As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT), you will be responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and care of residents with breathing disorders. Under the direction of a physician, you will set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases, while carefully monitoring each resident&rsquo;s physiological responses to therapy.

Must Have:
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of experience providing direct Respiratory Therapy.</li>
<li>Current Respiratory License in the state.</li>
<li>Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations.</li>
<li>Current and valid CPR/BLS certification.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with multiple residents.</li>
<li>Experience in an acute care respiratory unit or Skilled Nursing environment.</li>
<li>Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).</li>
</ul>
