<div>Coordinator 
Responsibilities:<ul><li> 
Enter and validate employee timesheets for payroll processing and labor tracking.</li><li>Open and close work orders and job numbers in the ERP system to ensure accurate production tracking.</li><li>Generate and distribute work packages for production teams.</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical records of manufacturing documentation.</li><li>Assist with scheduling and coordination of production activities and deadlines.</li><li>Collaborate with shop floor supervisors and planners to ensure accurate job data and timely updates.</li><li>Monitor and update job status in the system, escalating delays or discrepancies as needed.</li><li>Support purchasing and inventory control.</li><li>Coordinate communication between office staff and floor personnel to maintain operational alignment.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly production reports and other administrative documents as requested.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:
 Education
1. High School diploma or equivalent. 
 Personal Background
1. Must pass a criminal background check.
2. Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
