Base Salary: </b>$375,000&ndash;$400,000 annually (commensurate with experience)</p></li><li><p><b>
Starting Bonus: </b>$20,000&ndash;$30,000 sign-on bonus + retention incentives</p></li><li><p><b>
Relocation Assistance: </b>Housing stipend available ($1,500&ndash;$2,000/month for up to 6 months)</p></li><li><p><b>
Shift: </b>Monday&ndash;Friday, 8 a.m.&ndash;5 p.m. (occasional weekends and on-call 5&ndash;6 days/month)</p></li><li><p>

</div><div><p>We&rsquo;re looking for a compassionate and experienced <b>OBGYN Physician </b>to join a dedicated healthcare team in the heart of Coachella Valley. You&rsquo;ll deliver exceptional women&rsquo;s healthcare &mdash; from preventive exams and chronic care management to prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services. This position also provides opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and community health impact.</p><p>

</div><div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
<ul><li>
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to female patients
</li><li>Oversee prenatal, natal, and postnatal monitoring and care
</li><li>Deliver babies safely and manage labor and delivery procedures
</li><li>Prescribe and manage medications and treatments as appropriate
</li><li>Perform in-clinic procedures and maintain detailed medical documentation
</li><li>Collaborate with medical staff and consult with the Medical Director on complex cases
</li><li>Supervise or mentor Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed
</li><li>Participate in clinic meetings, policy discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
</li><li>Serve as preceptor for medical and NP/PA students
</li><li>Support compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations</li><br>

</div><div></div><div><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>
Doctorate degree (MD or DO)
</li><li>3+ years of experience in <b>Gynecology </b>and <b>Obstetrics &amp; Gynecology
</b></li><li>Active and valid licenses/certifications:
<ul><li>Medical Doctor (MD) &ndash; California
</li><li>Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) &ndash; California
</li><li>Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
</li><li>American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
</li><li>American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
</li></ul></li><li>Board Certified or Board-Eligible in OBGYN
</li><li>Willingness to mentor and supervise clinical staff
</li><li>Acceptance of the listed work schedule (M&ndash;F, 8a&ndash;5p, occasional weekends/on-call)
</li></ul><b>Ideal Qualifications
</b><ul><li>Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills
</li><li>Commitment to patient-centered, community-focused healthcare
</li><li>Open to J1 or H1B visa sponsorship (available)
