About the Role
We are looking for an UG Technician to join Resolution UG Operations &amp; Maintenance team to support perform repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities associated with the shaft infrastructure.
This role is a great opportunity to become part of The Resolution Copper Company that is located in the historical Pioneer Mining District, 60 miles east of Phoenix, Arizona. Reporting to the UG Electrical Supervisor.
Role Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities associated with the hoisting system</li><li>
Sling and rig equipment in and out of the shaft</li><li>
Operate a mobile crane for hoist system maintenance activities, shaft logistics, and truck loading/unloading</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials, often exceeding 50 pounds</li><li>
Frequent bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing</li><li>
Work at heights</li><li>
Ability to support your body weight and any additional load you might be carrying</li><li>
Maintain stability while ascending and descending</li><li>
Firm grip to hold onto the ladder rungs securely</li></ul>

Ability to work safely in confined, underground environments while wearing required PPE</li><li>

Resolution Copper has the potential to supply nearly 25% of the US copper demand and create several thousand direct and indirect jobs in the Pioneer Mining District of Arizona, with an economic value of several billion dollars over the estimated mine life.
The project will rely on a technique called block caving to extract the deposit that lies more than 2,000 meters deep. This technique uses gravity to help remove the ore and is the most viable way to recover the resource.
Resolution Copper will continue underground development, conduct extensive drilling and orebody testing, plus maintain the permitting and public engagement process.

We are looking for an Electrician to join Resolution UG Operations &amp; Maintenance team which is responsible for the safe maintenance and operation of the existing physical assets, consisting of a deep shaft, multiple mine levels and associated equipment and infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities<ul><li>
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team</li><li>
Perform maintenance tasks on equipment and plant systems, both underground and surface, on a shift work basis</li><li>
Ensure work management activities are undertaken in line with work orders and job instructions</li><li>
Identify defects and provide feedback on asset performance, raising notifications, and completing work orders</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels</li><li>
Basic knowledge/understanding of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)</li><li>
Knowledge of MSHA, OSHA and ASMI regulations</li></ul>

5+ years of electrical experience, with an emphasis on operations and maintenance</li><li>

We are looking for an Underground Locomotive Mechanic to join Resolution UG Operations &amp; Maintenance team to support the safe and reliable operation of underground rail and locomotive systems. This hands‑on role is critical to maintaining diesel and battery locomotives, rolling stock, rail infrastructure, and associated systems that support underground production and development activities.

Role Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of underground diesel and battery locomotives, rail cars, and associated systems</li><li>
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and braking system faults and complete corrective repairs</li><li>
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and compliance</li><li>
Follow approved Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), conduct Take 5 / pre‑task risk assessments, and verify critical controls prior to work</li><li>
Respond to locomotive breakdowns and unplanned maintenance events underground</li><li>
Maintain rail equipment in compliance with site standards, MSHA requirements, and manufacturer specifications</li><li>
Accurately complete maintenance documentation, defect reports, and work management records</li><li>
Collaborate with operations and other trades to support safe, coordinated underground activities</li><li>
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, housekeeping audits, and safety observations</li></ul>
About you<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Journeyman‑level mechanical trade qualification</li><li>
Proven experience maintaining locomotives, rail equipment, or heavy mobile mining equipment</li><li>

We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join Resolution UG Operations &amp; Maintenance team and provide repair, and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities for optimum operating efficiency.

Role Responsibilities<ul><li>
Diagnose &amp; test HVAC equipment, components and parts for defects to ensure proper functioning</li><li>
Perform required efficient maintenance and repairs to equipment, components, and parts of all HVAC equipment</li><li>
Perform work in a timely manner while keeping up with high quality workmanship</li><li>
Daily interaction with UGOM supervisors &amp; maintenance crews regarding work planning, progress updates, priorities, issues, and concerns</li><li>
Daily interaction with Shaft Project contractors regarding issues and scheduling</li><li>
Determine general condition of HVAC systems and can troubleshoot in both 240v and 480v HVAC malfunctions to determine extent of necessary repairs</li><li>
Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources like York centrifugal chillers, Commercial units and underground units</li></ul>
About you<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Minimum 3 years&rsquo; field experience with servicing or installation of air conditioning, ductless mini split, heat pump systems, packaged rooftop units.</li><li>
Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams</li><li>
