We are looking for a highly driven Head of Operations to oversee and streamline the daily business and engineering operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring project and business outcomes are met efficiently.You will be responsible for aligning operational goals with the company&rsquo;s long-term vision, improving productivity across departments, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Experience: 10&ndash;15 years Location: Angamaly Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead day-to-day operations across engineering, project management, and support functions.</li><li>Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and productivity frameworks.</li><li>Manage cross-functional coordination between hardware, firmware, software, and cloud teams.</li><li>Track performance metrics, delivery timelines, and financial outcomes.</li><li>Oversee resource planning, hiring coordination, and workload allocation.</li><li>Work closely with CXOs and team leads to ensure project milestones are achieved.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and quality management systems.</li><li>Identify bottlenecks and implement process automation or efficiency improvements.</li><li>Conduct quarterly performance reviews and mentor team leads in management and communication.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, purchase planning, and logistics for engineering operations.</li><li>Drive cost optimization and financial discipline across operations.</li><li>Support scaling initiatives &mdash; new office setups, infrastructure expansion, and operational readiness for new geographies.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.</li><li>Strong people management and mentoring abilities.</li><li>Process-driven, analytical, and structured in planning.</li><li>Calm under pressure, able to make balanced decisions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Angamali, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How much experience do you have?</li><li>What's your Current CTC?</li><li>What is your notice period with your current employer?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
