The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Denver. The Communications Specialist supports the execution of Riot Platforms&rsquo; internal communications, ensuring employees receive clear, timely, and consistent information aligned to company priorities and enterprise cadence. This role is ideal for a strong writer and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on experience shaping internal storytelling, leadership updates, and company-wide communications. 
Operating within established messaging standards and governance, the Corporate Communications Specialist helps translate complex initiatives into accessible, employee-facing communications that reinforce clarity, alignment, and trust across the organization. 
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Draft and edit internal communications, including company updates, announcements, newsletters, intranet content, and leadership messaging.</li><li>
Support internal communications planning and execution aligned to enterprise cadence and key company moments.</li><li>
Help maintain internal messaging libraries, brand voice guidelines, and editorial calendars.</li><li>
Coordinate cross functionally to gather information and ensure messaging accuracy.</li><li>
Monitor media coverage and social sentiment; compile insights and reports.</li><li>
Assist with internal event communications, announcements, and executive presentations.</li><li>
Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all communications outputs.</li></ul> 
What You'll Bring<ul><li>
2-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields.</li><li>
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.</li><li>
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.</li><li>

Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>
Competitive Salary: Base salary range $75,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) + sign-on equity grant + bonus.</li><li>

The Role
Riot is expanding our footprint into hyperscale data centers for AI and HPC clients, and we&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to help shape the future of digital infrastructure. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of energy, data, and innovation&mdash;alongside a team that&rsquo;s redefining what&rsquo;s possible in the digital age. 
As our Senior Electrical Engineer, you&rsquo;ll be the technical authority for power systems across Riot&rsquo;s hyperscale data centers. You&rsquo;ll lead design standards, review consultant deliverables, and ensure world-class reliability for mission-critical workloads.

Travel up to 25% for site visits, consultant meetings, and technical assessments 
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Set and enforce electrical design standards and specifications</li><li>
Review and approve consultant and contractor electrical designs</li><li>
Oversee UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and distribution</li><li>
Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and industry best practices</li><li>
Lead QA/QC protocols and technical audits</li><li>
Approve commissioning plans and test procedures</li><li>
Mentor engineers and represent electrical discipline in executive forums</li></ul> 
What You'll Bring<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in Electrical Engineering (P.E. preferred)</li><li>
8+ years in electrical engineering, ideally with experience in mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, manufacturing plants, or other high-reliability environments)</li><li>
Proven experience managing $50M+ projects and consultant relationships</li><li>
Deep expertise in UPS systems, backup generators, switchgear, and PDUs</li><li>
Strong command of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE codes and standards</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in ETAP or SKM PowerTools</li><li>
Experience with AI deployments and LTC (liquid to chip) cooling is a plus, but not required</li></ul>

About the Role
Riot Platforms is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will be contributing to the technical excellence of hyperscale data center electrical systems, actively supporting the development and refinement of standards, specifications, and approval frameworks that ensure uptime and reliability across our portfolio. You&rsquo;ll also play a critical role in reviewing and coordinating with internal stakeholders, external design teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to deliver world-class electrical infrastructure optimized for AI/ML workloads and mission-critical operations. 
As part of the technical conscience behind $100M+ projects, you&rsquo;ll help ensure electrical designs meet Riot&rsquo;s rigorous standards while advancing innovation in energy efficiency, sustainability, and modular construction. You will serve as a trusted technical contributor and resource for the team to support design reviews and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 
This position will be based in our Denver office. Relocation assistance available for non-local candidates. 
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Support Design Excellence: 
Review and assist in developing electrical drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure optimal system performance and uptime. Help prepare documentation for design reviews and approvals</li><li>
Collaborate Across Teams: 
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and contractors to align on design goals, technical requirements, and deliverables.</li><li>
Drive Quality &amp; Innovation: 
Support QA/QC processes, review submittals, and contribute to commissioning documentation to ensure every project meets our high standards.</li><li>
