About the role 
As an Onboarding Manager at Rippling, you will set the bar for operational excellence within our Sales organization by developing and executing strategies to both set up and expand customers effectively. About the role</h2>
 The Data Cloud team provides comprehensive, cross-application data insights for our customers. Our products&mdash;such as reporting, dashboards, data catalogs, and transformations&mdash;help customers understand and utilize their data to make informed decisions.

We are looking for a sharp, highly-motivated attorney to join as the third Employment Counsel on our Legal &amp; Compliance team. What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, insurance carriers, and internal partners while owning the end-to-end resolution of issues related to benefits and enrollments</li></ul><ul><li>

You Should Have:<ul><li>
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, such as implementation, support, or operations with US-based insurance and benefits experience required.</li><li>

Strong problem solving, research and conflict resolution skills</li><li>

About the role</h2>

As a Product Marketing Manager, you&rsquo;ll work across multiple core HR products, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and the rest of Marketing to create messaging, narratives, and enablement that drive pipeline and help sales win. You&rsquo;ll translate product innovation and customer insights into clear, compelling stories for buyers, and ensure those stories show up consistently across sales conversations, launches, and marketing programs.
