ROLE OVERVIEW</h3>
Due to consistent growth, Elevate is seeking to expand the team in our Riyadh office through the appointment of a Sponsorship Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will join as a member of our commercial team, responsible for the full lifecycle of the partnership sales process, from lead generation and qualification, to presenting and closing to perspective partners, on behalf of the clients.
The candidate will have refined sales skills, exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, and be passionate about the SCE industry, with an understanding of sponsorship, its role in the marketing mix and impact it has on brand strategy.
Agency Services: sponsorship consulting, strategy consulting, brand activation, hospitality, content, digital, and social media marketing
Assets: GCC rights holder&ndash;owned-and-operated media properties and live sports and lifestyle properties 
Role Description
Elevate is looking for a highly motivated Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our Commercial team to work on some of our most exciting and fastest-growing accounts.
This will be a fast-paced role with multiple priorities, and we are looking for someone who is a solid time manager, multi-tasker, and strategic thinker.
This position will play a key role in managing a client&rsquo;s sports and cultural sponsorships. You will work with team mates to identify and engage perspective partners, to deliver multi-million dollar sponsorship revenue on behalf of the client, leveraging best-in-class sponsorship practices.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sponsorship Sales Manager will provide strategic commercial advice to clients, identifying brands and partners to maximise right holder return, managing the complete sales cycle.
Typical responsibilities include:<ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of the partnership sales process, from lead generation and qualification, to presenting and closing to perspective partners, on behalf of the clients</li><li>Drive sales efforts to develop the partners portfolio and line-up of sponsors</li><li>Identify, engage and covert</li><li>Responsible for the day-to-day management of a client&rsquo;s commercial partners and sponsors.</li><li>Interface with other Account Team members, client and all relevant stakeholders to support sponsorship initiatives.</li><li>Participate in the development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives, including customised programs/promotions.</li><li>Help manage the sponsorship measurement and return-on-investment process.</li><li>Manage client-partner relationships and coordinate necessary activation deliverables on behalf of the partner.</li><li>Ensure that all contractual obligations of the client against partners are being met and delivered on-time.</li><li>Liaise/interface with other agencies, stakeholders and internal Elevate divisions as necessary.</li><li>Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events where agency staff is needed.</li><li>Manage the client-property approvals process on behalf of the client</li><li>Participate in sponsorship contract negotiations</li></ul>
CRITERIA
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is excited by the prospect of working on award-winning sponsorship accounts and passionate about being part of a high performing team and being integral to our agency. You are also confident, motivated, have excellent attention to detail, and looking forward to working in the industry.<ul><li> 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field</li><li>5-10 years sales experience, with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets</li><li>Confident engaging and interacting with executive level stakeholders</li><li>Refined client facing and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>KSA and/ or GCC experience (preferred)</li><li>Ability to manage the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy on behalf of clients or companies.</li><li>Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors, as well as manage at least one (1) direct report supporting the same vertical.</li><li>Experience with working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners.</li><li>Strong ability to think strategically and creatively.</li><li>Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups.</li><li>Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel &amp; Word.</li></ul>

Elevate is seeking an accomplished and forward‑thinking Manager - Consulting to join our Consulting &amp; Advisory team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a management consultant, with sector expertise in sport, culture and entertainment, who is a specialist in delivering strategic projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the team to drive commercial growth across the Middle East.

Providing leadership and oversight of sponsorship consulting projects for both rights holders and brands.</li>
<li>Delivering non-sponsorship consulting projects</li>
<li>Managing consulting projects end‑to‑end, including deliverables, insights, and client communication.</li>

Managing and mentoring team members, supporting their development and ensuring high‑quality output.</li>

Experience &amp; Expertise<ul>

A rounded consulting toolkit, with previous experience working for a reputable consulting firm</li>
<li>Significant sponsorship experience, ideally including work in the Middle East.</li>
<li>Strong industry curiosity, with a commitment to continuous learning and network building.</li>
<li>A data‑driven mindset, with enthusiasm for integrating insight and improving processes.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel</li>
<li>A strong network in the GCC (preferred)</li>
<li>Experience managing project budgets and managing cost</li>
