<div></div><div><b>Position Overview</b></div>
<div>RISE is seeking an experienced <b>Director of AI </b>to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems, enterprise automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts across the organization.</div>
<div></div><div>The primary objective of this role is to build our digital twin. They will identify opportunities, build workflows, and deploy solutions that enhance work quality, improve decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and create scalable operating systems across multiple business functions.</div>
<div></div><div>The initial focus of this role will be identifying and deploying high-impact AI and automation solutions across the organization while establishing Digital Twin initiatives.</div>
<div></div><div>This is not a traditional IT leadership role.</div>
<div></div><div>It is not a strategy-only position.</div>
<div></div><div>It is not a role for someone whose experience begins and ends with AI tools or prompt engineering.</div>
<div></div><div>We are looking for a builder.</div>
<div></div><div>Someone who has personally designed, deployed, and maintained production-ready AI systems, applications, automations, workflows, and data architectures that deliver measurable business outcomes.</div>
<div></div><div>Reporting directly to the COO, this individual will help shape the future operating model of a vertically integrated real estate company operating across development, construction, property management, and asset management.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<div><b>Enterprise AI &amp; Business Automation</b></div>
<ul><li>Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact automation opportunities across the organization.</li>
<li>Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and increase consistency.</li>
<li>Partner with department leaders to transform fragmented processes into scalable, technology-driven systems.</li>
<li>Establish standards, governance, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.</li>
<li>Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to create measurable business value.</li>

<ul><li>Lead the development of RISE's enterprise operational intelligence platform (&quot;Digital Twin&quot;).</li>
<li>Create systems that provide real-time visibility into company performance, project execution, staffing, financial metrics, compliance, and operational health.</li>
<li>Develop reporting and intelligence capabilities that improve executive decision-making.</li>
</ul><div><b>FORTE Platform Leadership</b></div>
<ul><li>Drive the continued evolution of FORTE, RISE's proprietary operating platform used to support business processes, reporting, operational visibility, and decision-making across the organization.</li>
<li>Define platform architecture, integration strategy, scalability requirements, security standards, and long-term product roadmap.</li>
<li>Ensure FORTE continues to serve as a centralized platform supporting business processes, reporting, operational visibility, and organizational decision-making.</li>
</ul><div><b>Organizational Transformation</b></div>
<ul><li>Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on operational improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Establish performance metrics that quantify the impact of automation and AI investments.</li>
<li>Help build and scale the company's long-term AI and automation capabilities.</li>
</ul><div><b>Leadership &amp; Team Development</b></div>
<ul><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders, external development resources, and technology partners to execute key initiatives.</li>
<li>Help establish the structure, processes, and capabilities necessary to support the company's long-term automation strategy.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>First-Year Objectives</b></div>
<div>Within the first 12 months, this individual will help establish the foundation for an AI-enabled operating company by:</div>
<ul><li>Deploying 9 to 12 production-ready AI workflows across multiple business functions.</li>
<li>Eliminating significant administrative effort through automation.</li>
<li>Establishing enterprise AI governance standards and implementation frameworks.</li>
<li>Delivering Phase I of the RISE Digital Twin initiative.</li>
<li>Advancing the FORTE platform roadmap and capabilities.</li>
<li>Creating scalable systems and processes that support future AI growth across the organization.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<div><b>Required Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Leading technology, software, automation, enterprise systems, business systems, data, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.</li>
<li>Proven track record designing, deploying, and maintaining production-ready AI systems, automations, applications, or agentic workflows.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational improvements through technology.</li>
<li>Experience partnering directly with leadership on enterprise initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of systems architecture, integrations, workflow automation, enterprise applications, and data infrastructure.</li>
<li>Experience moving solutions from concept through implementation, adoption, and long-term support.</li>
<li>Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and accountability.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Technical Experience</b></div>
