Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our early childhood education team from 9am-6pm. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. In this role, you&rsquo;ll create a playful, safe, and engaging classroom for children ages 1 to 3, guiding them through important milestones with patience and creativity.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Work beside the lead teacher in implementing fun, age-appropriate activities that support learning through play</li><li>Follow daily routines that include learning activities, art, songs, stories, and outdoor play</li><li>Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members</li><li>Encourage independence, self-help skills, and kind friendships</li><li>Keep the classroom clean, organized, and safe</li><li>Track developmental progress and communicate with families</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>A genuine love forchildren and a calm, cheerful attitude</li><li>Experience working with young children (education or child development background a plus)</li><li>Reliability, creativity, and great teamwork skills</li><li>CPR/First Aid (or willingness to get certified)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Childcare</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
