As a part of our dynamic team, you&rsquo;ll contribute to building meaningful connections with families and guiding them through an inspiring educational journey.Role OverviewThe Pre-Sales Executive will play a key role in the admissions journey by engaging with prospective parents, understanding their expectations, and presenting the RISE learning experience effectively. The role requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership in driving inquiry-to-admission conversions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents via calls, emails, or walk-ins.</li><li>Provide detailed and accurate information about the school&rsquo;s curriculum, values, programs, and facilities.</li><li>Maintain and update lead records in the admissions CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule campus visits, parent interactions, and counseling sessions.</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing team for events, open houses, and school promotions.</li><li>Support the Admissions Head in achieving monthly and annual enrollment targets.</li><li>Prepare admission reports, inquiry analytics, and parent feedback summaries.</li><li>Uphold the school&rsquo;s brand image by ensuring a warm, informative, and professional engagement with every parent.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail.</li><li>Empathetic and student-centered approach.</li><li>Confident, result-oriented, and team-driven.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in pre-sales, admissions, or customer relationship management (preferably in education or service industries)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
