 The Role:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including AP/AR and financial records
 </li>
 <li>
 Process AIA pay applications and oversee project billing
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain job costing and support financial reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage timekeeping and payroll-related inputs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 The Person:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in construction bookkeeping or accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in QuickBooks
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of AIA billing and lien waiver processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
 </li>
