Largest interviewers network- 15k interviewers from 2600 companies, delivered 3.5 Lakh interviews, customers fortune 500 companies, 25+ crores paid to part-time interviewers in last 5 years .VC funded startupMore details on https://risebird.io/Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and validate interview reports for clarity, accuracy, completeness, and relevance.</li><li>Perform quality audits on interview recordings to ensure adherence to Risebirds' evaluation and scoring guidelines.</li><li>Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors in interviewer submissions and provide actionable feedback.</li><li>Ensure interview outcomes meet defined standards for content, tone, structure, and decision quality.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of QC findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Interview Operations, Talent Panel, and Product teams to enhance quality frameworks.</li><li>Escalate critical quality issues related to interviewer performance or content accuracy.</li><li>Support the implementation and monitoring of quality benchmarks across the interview lifecycle.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, HR Operations, Audit, or Process Review roles.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment skills.</li><li>Ability to review structured reports and audio/video recordings objectively.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills (English required; Hindi is a plus).</li><li>Comfortable working with data, reports, and internal tools/platforms.</li><li>Ability to provide constructive and professional feedback.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
