<div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels</li>
<li>Document learning experience through displays and pictures</li>
<li>Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis</li>
<li>Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers</li>
<li>Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards</li>
<li>Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Previous experience in a preschool environment</li>
<li>Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents</li>
<li>Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality</li>
<li>Shows initiative; strong work ethic</li>
<li>High school diploma</li>
<li>Associates in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred</li></ul><br>
