While direct Labor &amp; Employment Law experience is not required, it is strongly preferred. A demonstrated interest or passion for employment litigation is essential.This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to join a values-driven, plaintiff-side law firm dedicated to client advocacy, ethical practice, and team kindness.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Manage and litigate civil litigation matters with supervision</li><li>Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence</li><li>Conduct legal research and develop case strategies</li><li>Participate in virtual court hearings, depositions, and mediations</li><li>Collaborate with a passionate, mission-driven legal team</li><li>Support clients during sensitive and challenging circumstances</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Must be an active member of the California State Bar</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Passion for labor and employment law</li><li>Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated</li><li>Able to work independently in a remote environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Competitive pay, commensurate with experience</li><li>Annual discretionary bonuses</li><li>Flexible work schedule</li><li>Collaborative and compassionate team environment</li></ul>Important Note:You must be a currently licensed California attorney to apply.
