Role Overview We&rsquo;re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own and elevate the design of our products. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating intuitive, visually clean, and user-focused designs for our websites, web apps, and mobile solutions. You&rsquo;ll work closely with product managers and developers to turn complex requirements into simple, usable experiences and set a high standard for .design across the company.KPI&rsquo;s: <ul><li>Lead the full design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff.</li><li>Create and maintain Rissox&rsquo;s design system for consistent use across all products.</li><li>Conduct user research, gather insights, and apply data to improve UX.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.</li><li>Present and explain design solutions to stakeholders.</li><li>Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.</li></ul>OTHER REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li>4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in product-based or SaaS companies.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing clean UI work and thoughtful UX processes.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma (our main design tool), along with knowledge of prototyping and collaboration tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.</li><li>Experience with design systems and component-based thinking.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience working on fintech or enterprise software.</li><li>Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) for smoother collaboration with developers.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary</li><li>Expected Salary</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Product Designer

Overview: The Technical SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing website architecture, performance, and crawlability to maximize search engine visibility and improve organic rankings. This role works closely with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.What you will do: 1- Website Performance Optimization &ndash; Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness. 2- Technical SEO Audits &ndash; Conduct comprehensive audits to identify issues with crawling, indexing, and site architecture. 3- Structured Data &amp; Schema &ndash; Implement schema markup and structured data for enhanced SERP features. 4- Crawl &amp; Indexation Management &ndash; Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and resolve crawl errors via Google Search Console and other tools. 5- On-Page Technical SEO &ndash; Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, and keyword mapping. 6- Content Gap Analysis &ndash; Identify opportunities for SEO-friendly content development. 7- Collaboration &ndash; Work with designers and developers to ensure technical SEO is embedded in all projects.What we required: 1- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. 2 - 2 plus years of experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). 3- Experience with Strapi is a must have. 4- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for SEO troubleshooting. 5- Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.). 6- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).Note: Please attach your portfolio link as well.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary:</li><li>Expected Salary:</li><li>Notice Period</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEO: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Islamabad (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
