The Buyer Care Specialist interacts directly with potential, new and existing Buyers. They work to provide a quality experience in every step of the Buyer&rsquo;s journey, resulting in increased Buyer satisfaction and account retention for the company. The Buyer Care Specialist will serve Buyer inquiries, buyer registration, transaction processing, account access and updates, and resolution of Buyer issues/concerns in a contact center environment. This role will follow up on Buyer cases utilizing our Buyer relationship management system to ensure Buyer inquiries and requests are handled completely and in a timely manner.

Provide customer support for all customers, external and internal</li><li>
Responsible for registering prospective buyers, verifying documents meet IAA requirements and applicable state laws</li><li>
Responsible for online setup to allow buyers to participate in online bidding</li><li>
Reviewing accounts set up at branches to ensure accuracy and compliance with IAA requirements and applicable state laws</li><li>
Answer customer inquiries originated via phone call, online chat, or e-mail, and offer resolutions; with the objective being &quot;one contact resolution&quot;</li><li>
Act as liaison between customers and branches</li><li>
If language support, translate for branches, dispatch centers, and sister companies when called upon to do so</li><li>
Ability to understand IAA procedures and state licensing laws pertaining to buyer registration</li><li>
Develop a thorough knowledge of ASAP to be able to review buyer accounts and stock files and communicate requirements to external and internal customers</li><li>
Develop working knowledge of the IAA Website and its bidding tools to be able to aid customers to navigate the Website, educate them on the use of bidding applications, and maintain online accounts</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of branch operations imperative to communicate with customers</li></ul><ul><li>
Minimum 3 years of Customer Service Experience</li><li>
Must be proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, and Excel</li><li>
Automotive, insurance, and/or rental car industry experiences a plus</li><li>
Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus</li></ul>

Buyer Care Specialist I (Bilingual Spanish/English)

<div>The Branch Operations Assistant addresses all customer and branch inquiries under the direction of the Branch Supervisor and assigned Branch Manager including all clerical duties needed in the office, performing various yard functions, including Loader Operation, to ensure that all key information is recorded on incoming vehicles and assist with upkeep and maintenance of these vehicles throughout the sale process.

<li>Open to learning automobile titling.</li>
<li>Assist with other office functions as needed.</li>
<li>Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information on vehicles being assigned to the facility.</li>
<li>Detail (thoroughly clean) vehicles to improve their appearance to enhance their value at auction.</li>
<li>Safely operate passenger vehicles to move the vehicles around the facility and store them in the appropriate locations at the branch.</li>
<li>Assist visitors by providing appropriate guidance and/or directing them to the appropriate person for additional assistance.</li>
<li>Experienced loader operation.</li>
<li>Able and willing to report all violations of company policy to a supervisor or manager, immediately.</li>
<li>Subject matter expert for Yard Attendants, Loader Operators, and Customer Service Representatives</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned per business needs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong leadership skills.</li>

<li>Ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in problem resolution.</li>
<li>Excellent professional communication skills to interact effectively with customers &amp; towers &ndash; both verbal and written.</li>
<li>Willing to learn how to operate a forklift (Within 90 days of starting position).</li>
<li>General mechanical knowledge of makes and models of vehicles required.</li>
<li>Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry and/or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Basic automotive repair skills preferred.</li>
<li>Previous forklift operating experience.</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills are required with above-average proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Must remain alert to potential hazards associated with heavy equipment and other vehicles operated in their work area.</li>
<li>This position involves outdoor work in all types of weather.</li>
