Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform surface preparation such as cleaning, masking, and abrasive blasting (as required) before painting.</li><li>Operate and maintain airless spray painting machines, hoses, guns, and related equipment.</li><li>Apply primers, intermediate, and finish coats using airless spray techniques as per manufacturer&rsquo;s recommendations.</li><li>Measure and monitor WFT/DFT to meet project and client specifications.</li><li>Ensure uniform coating, proper overlap, and defect-free application.</li><li>Conduct touch-ups, rework, and corrective actions based on inspection findings.</li><li>Follow safety procedures including PPE usage, ventilation requirements, and handling of flammable materials.</li><li>Perform equipment troubleshooting, cleaning of guns, filters, and pumps to avoid downtime.</li><li>Maintain records of materials used, surface preparation details, and daily work progress.</li><li>Coordinate with site supervisors, QC inspectors, and team members to complete tasks on schedule.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in airless spray painting for industrial, marine, oil &amp; gas, or construction sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of coating systems such as epoxy, polyurethane, zinc primers, and tank linings.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical data sheets (TDS) and follow manufacturer guidelines.</li><li>Familiarity with surface preparation standards (ISO 8501, SSPC, NACE).</li><li>Good understanding of safety practices, confined space rules, and hazardous material handling.</li><li>Physically fit and able to work at heights, scaffolds, and confined spaces.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.</li><li>Team player with good communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
