OverviewRivendell Health, P.C. is a growing integrated clinic (primary care + psychiatry) seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a high-responsibility hybrid role.This position focuses heavily on office clinical care, support with prior authorizations, referrals, treatment coordination, and workflow management.This is not an entry-level MA role.ResponsibilitiesClinical (50%)<ul><li>Rooming patients, vitals, chart prep</li><li>Assist with treatments including Esketamine</li><li>Coordinate labs and follow-ups</li></ul>Administrative / Authorization (50%)<ul><li>Manage prior authorizations</li><li>Track treatment eligibility and expirations</li><li>Coordinate with insurance, pharmacies, and REMS programs</li><li>Ensure patients are cleared and ready for treatment</li><li>Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years Medical Assistant experience</li><li>Prior authorization experience (strongly preferred)</li><li>Comfortable with EMRs and multitasking</li><li>High attention to detail and reliability</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Psychiatry or specialty clinic experience</li><li>Experience with REMS or specialty medications</li><li>Ability to work independently and solve problems</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth<ul><li>$22&ndash;$28/hour based on experience</li><li>Opportunities for advancement into leadership or program coordination roles</li></ul>To ApplySubmit resume and briefly describe your experience with prior authorizations or complex workflows.Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Colorado Springs, CO 80920
